Abs/Core
Here we will be focusing on the abdominal; core, obliques, lower abdomen and lower back using a mixture of pilates and yoga techniques; yogalates! This unique section of the workout is designed to build muscle throughout the mid section area.
Total Body Sculpting
Picture an artist sculpting a piece of work...and you are that piece of work! This choreographed training session is designed to sculpt each muscle group into perfection.
Anaerobic Aerobics
This training session focuses on heart rate for one solid training session of combining weight training with solid cardiovascular exercises. This can be done in a variety of ways...including the original "800 workout series", burning 800 calories in one hour!
"800" Bootcamps
Proven to be one of the most most difficult and effective fitness bootcamp in the State of Florida. Join our intense "800" Bootcamps! Here, the "800 workout" is implemented as we attempt to burn 800 calories in one solid hour! Strength cardio is also implemented with weights, elastic bands and anything else available, with a tough obstacle coarse to end it!
Nutrition
Nutrition is 70% of your goals! Not eating right and exercising is like running through a revolving door...getting nowhere fast! We will discuss a fitness meal plan designed specifically towards your goal!
Accreditation and CPR Certified
All of our personal trainers are certified for personal training and nutrition with the top personal training accreditation institutes such as the ISSA, ACE, AFPA and the American College of Sports Medicine. Our trainers are also CPR certified.
